Eurostat/Household saving rate stable at 12.9% in the euro area/135/2016 – 11 July 2016
The household saving rate in the euro area was 12.9% in the first quarter of 2016, stable compared with the fourth quarter of 2015. The household investment rate in the euro area was 8.5% in the first quarter of 2016, also stable compared with the previous quarter.
