Eurostat News Release: December 2014 compared with November 2014: Production in construction down by 0.8% in euro area – Down by 0.5% in EU28, 18 Φεβρουαρίου.
In December 2014 compared with November 2014, seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector fell by 0.8% in the euro area (EA18) and by 0.5% in the EU28, according to first estimates from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. In November 2014, production in construction fell by 0.5% in both zones.
In December 2014 compared with December 2013, production in construction fell by 3.5% in the euro area and by 0.5% in the EU28.
Average production in construction for the year 2014, compared with 2013, increased by 2.0% in the euro area and by 3.0% in the EU28.
